The Jubilee Foundation is formed to provide financial assistance to low-income families

who cannot fund their own burial insurance policy. The foundation will initially assist families on a

smaller scale but will expand its scope of assistance to include:

 

• Financial counseling (financial responsibility)

•  Life-skills management counseling

•  Making available to the applicant a group of funeral homes to provide funeral arrangements

• Bearing the expense of the insurance burial premium based on the financial need of applicant
